Workshop

Our workshop is adjacent to the Studio and all repairs and commissions are carried out on site. This means, for example, that if you purchase a ring from us and it needs to be resized, we can usually do this for you within an hour of purchase if Keith is on site. Most repairs can also be ready for collection within one week. This service enhances our customer care. This includes a cleaning and polishing service.

The workshop is also able to carry out a rhodium plating service on your white gold jewellery. The higher the palladium mineral content in white gold, the brighter and shinier the alloy. This good white colour does not need rhodium plating. Alloys with less palladium produce a dull grey hue which for aesthetic purposes requires rhodium plating to give that shine the customer expects. Therefore when resizing white gold rings, we can add this extra service on site.
